- the main 168-question relationship-compatibility assessment;
- the Private Resume Code and pause-and-resume feature;
- the free snapshot and paid report services;
- the separate free Intimacy Profile; and
- related website, support, payment, security, and analytics functions.
The main relationship assessment and the free Intimacy Profile operate differently. The main assessment saves information needed to provide the assessment, resume, snapshot, and report services. The free Intimacy Profile processes its individual answers, scores, and results temporarily within the visitor’s browser and does not submit them to WhoFitsMe.
1. WHO WE ARE
WhoFitsMe is a private relationship-compatibility and personal self-reflection service.

2. THE SERVICES COVERED BY THIS POLICY
2.1 Main relationship assessment
The main WhoFitsMe assessment contains 168 questions and may collect information needed to:
- start and save an assessment;
- allow the user to pause and resume;
- generate a free snapshot;
- determine free or paid report access; and
- generate and deliver a requested report.
Answers may include information about relationships, attraction, communication, trust, conflict, independence, boundaries, lifestyle, values, and general intimacy preferences.
2.2 Free Intimacy Profile
The free Intimacy Profile is a separate adult self-reflection questionnaire concerning intimacy, desire, communication, affection, boundaries, relationship structure, and compatibility preferences.
No name or email address is required to complete the Intimacy Profile.
Individual Intimacy Profile answers, calculated scores, and on-screen results are processed temporarily within the visitor’s browser. They are not submitted to WhoFitsMe, saved in our database, connected to an email address or identity, or sent to an AI provider.
Refreshing or closing the page clears the Intimacy Profile answers and results from the page.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FOR THE MAIN ASSESSMENT
When you use the main WhoFitsMe assessment, we may collect:
- your first name;
- your email address;
- your selected language;
- your questionnaire answers;
- optional written notes you choose to add;
- your assessment progress;
- your Private Resume Code and related session information;
- your free or paid report status;
- report-generation and access information;
- support communications; and
- basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
We do not ask for government identification, full payment-card details inside the questionnaire, or unnecessary personal documents.
Some answers may concern personal relationship or intimacy preferences. We treat such information with additional care and use it only to provide the assessment and report services requested by the user.
4. INFORMATION RELATING TO THE FREE INTIMACY PROFILE
WhoFitsMe does not receive, collect, store, or have access to the visitor’s individual Intimacy Profile:
- answers;
- calculated scores;
- profile findings; or
- final on-screen results.
The website and its hosting or analytics services may still process ordinary technical information relating to the page visit, such as:
- the page visited;
- approximate location derived from an IP address;
- browser and device type;
- referring website or campaign;
- cookie preferences;
- selected interface language; and
- the time and duration of the visit.
This technical information does not include the visitor’s individual Intimacy Profile answers, calculated scores, or results.
5. OPTIONAL WRITTEN NOTES
The written-notes field in the main assessment is optional.
If you add notes, they may be used to make your snapshot or report more personal and meaningful. Notes may provide context and help the report identify patterns, tensions, contradictions, priorities, or themes in your answers.
Do not include information about another person that is unnecessary, unlawfully obtained, or more detailed than needed for your own assessment. You should not include anything you do not want considered as part of the report-generation process.
6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information collected through the main assessment and website to:
- create and maintain your assessment;
- save progress and allow you to resume;
- generate your free snapshot;
- generate, prepare, and deliver a paid report when requested;
- provide access to purchased services;
- process and confirm payments;
- respond to support, privacy, or account requests;
- detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical abuse;
- test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and usability of the service;
- maintain business, transaction, and legal records; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use individual questionnaire answers or report contents for targeted advertising.
Because WhoFitsMe does not receive the individual answers or results from the free Intimacy Profile, we cannot use them for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
7. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, we may rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract or steps requested before entering a contract: to provide the assessment, resume, snapshot, payment, and report services requested by the user.
- Consent: where the user voluntarily provides optional information or where consent is required for particular cookies, communications, or categories of processing.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and protect the service, provided those interests are not overridden by the user’s rights and interests.
- Legal obligation: to maintain records, respond to lawful requests, and comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or other legal requirements.
Where applicable law requires additional consent or protection for particular information voluntarily supplied through the main assessment, we will apply the relevant requirement to that processing.
8. PRIVATE RESUME CODES AND UNFINISHED ASSESSMENTS
If you pause the main questionnaire, a Private Resume Code may be generated.
The code is used together with your email address to locate and resume an unfinished assessment. You are responsible for keeping the code confidential.
Unfinished assessments are normally available for up to seven days from the relevant assessment activity and may then expire or be deleted. Test, abandoned, invalid, duplicate, or technically corrupted assessments may be removed sooner.
If you lose the correct email and Private Resume Code combination, we may be unable to locate or recover the unfinished assessment.
9. AI-ASSISTED REPORT PROCESSING
WhoFitsMe may use automated analysis and AI-assisted systems to help prepare the main assessment’s free snapshot or paid report.
Information submitted through the main assessment may be processed by technology, hosting, and AI service providers where necessary to generate and deliver the requested service.
These providers are used for service operation, report generation, hosting, security, technical support, or related business functions. We do not authorize them to use your questionnaire information to market products directly to you.
The separate free Intimacy Profile does not send its individual answers, scores, or results to an AI-assisted system or third-party report provider.
10. PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you purchase a paid report, payment may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
WhoFitsMe does not store full payment-card details.
The payment provider may collect and process information required to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and comply with its own legal obligations. Its processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount, date, payer contact information, or refund status.
11. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
WhoFitsMe.com may use cookies or similar technologies for:
- essential website operation;
- security and abuse prevention;
- language and user-experience preferences;
- basic website analytics; and
- payment or checkout functionality, where applicable.
Analytics may record information such as pages visited, approximate location, device or browser information, referring source, session duration, and interactions with website features.
Analytics used on the Intimacy Profile page do not receive the visitor’s individual questionnaire answers, calculated scores, or on-screen results.

- AI and automated-analysis providers used for the main assessment reports;

We do not receive or share the individual answers, scores, or results from the free Intimacy Profile.
13. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining report access, handling support, processing payments, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining business records, and complying with legal obligations.
In particular:
- unfinished main assessments are normally available for up to seven days and may then expire or be deleted;
- incomplete, abandoned, duplicate, invalid, or test assessments may be deleted;
- completed assessment and report records may be retained while needed to provide access, support the user, maintain transaction records, protect the service, or meet legal and business obligations;
- payment and transaction records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes;
- support and privacy correspondence may be retained while needed to respond, document the request, or protect legal rights; and
- individual answers, scores, and results from the free Intimacy Profile are not retained by WhoFitsMe and are cleared from the page when it is refreshed or closed.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
14. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, database, transmission method, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should:
- keep your Private Resume Code confidential;
- use an email account you control;
- avoid sharing assessment-access details;
- avoid submitting unnecessary information about yourself or others; and
- contact us promptly if you believe your assessment information has been accessed without authorization.
15. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism or other permitted safeguard.

WhoFitsMe uses automated analysis to generate personal-reflection content from the information supplied by the user.

WhoFitsMe, including the main relationship assessment and the free Intimacy Profile, is provided for informational, educational, entertainment, and personal self-reflection purposes.
The service is intended to support personal reflection, better conversations, and more informed personal decisions.
Results are based on the answers supplied by the visitor. They do not determine compatibility, predict relationship success, guarantee a particular outcome, or replace the visitor’s own judgment.
WhoFitsMe is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, medical service, mental-health service, psychological service, therapy service, legal service, financial service, safety service, or other professional advisory service.
